That’s an accurate list, although I wonder about two items.

I think that the War On Poverty was LBJ’s brainchild. And I don’t remember abortion being a political issue when Kennedy was alive.

I said JFK was pro-abortion, not that it was a political issue of the time.

As with so much that is thought to be created by LBJ, it was actually JFK policies coming to fruition.

“Prior to John F. Kennedy’s assassination in November 1963, Kennedy planned on proposing anti-poverty legislation in the 1964 State of the Union address that Johnson ended up giving. In that address, Johnson stated, “Our aim is not only to relieve the symptom of poverty, but to cure it and, above all, to prevent it”.”
