This has been a page 3 type story since it broke about 10 days ago. What is being investigated...strictly the northwestern state of NRW...approximately 350 individual cases...ONLY involving Chinese. The mafia guy was simply a middle-guy...facilitating a bribe for a political connection (goes across all parties).

I would imagine within a month or two...more investigations in other states will start up. There’s probably more than 2,000 individual Chinese who are involved.
