I thought SCOTUS told the states that only Congress had the power to make immigration law.

Where does the President get the authority to offer a pathway to citizenship to illegal aliens without Congress?

Same question applies to forgiving student loans.

Heck the Supreme Court already ruled that the President has no authority to do it, yet, Biden ignores them. There seems to be no consequences from his unlawful actions. I don’t even see any impeachment ( the only legal recourse) being filed for his blatant disregard of the law.
