Time to send the Sargeant-At-Arms. Its June, so it would make about the same amount of time Peter Navarro has been in prison that Garland would have to spend in the Capitol basement.

And don’t recess the house until January, just as was done so Trump couldn’t make recesss appointments

Exactly. Congress could hold Garland in civil contempt. The prosecution would occur in the Senate (see 2 USC 288)

The second option is sending out the Sergeant at Arms to arrest Garland.
