Don’t disagree, but Eric Holder did the same thing when held in contempt of Congress. But even if DOJ pressed charges, where would the trial be held? Why in DC of course. How do you imagine a DC jury would vote?
Maybe we should move the nation's capital. Further away from the urban areas of the east coast and to somewhere in the American heartland.
Kansas or Nebraska would be nice.
