Abbe, was that a case of Misrepresentation?
Oops. Any way to move this forward in the court? We need discovery. And consequences for Abbe Lowell.
“dismiss the lawsuit against Giuliani and Robert Costello “without prejudice, with each party bearing its own attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses.””
::::::
It was always a frivolous lawsuit. Hunter Biden knew full well that the laptop information was real. He should be have to pay all of Giuliani’s legal expenses as well as pain and suffering.
Rudy never had the laptop. He had a copy of the hard drive backup.
does Rudy get rembursement for legal expenses???
I suspect by now both Rudy and Hunter are broke. Even if Hunter won, he wouldn’t see a dime. There was a second aspect to the case in that Rudy was being sued for inappropriate release of personal information.
Rudy declared bankruptcy, due to legal costs, i think
Hunter knew full well that it was his laptop and everything on it was truth.
So he falsified court documents, he lied to the court and he defamed Giuliani.
For that he should pay.....and be penalized in a court of law.
Rudy was hit with a $100M civil judgement for defaming a couple of Georgia election workers. If my memory serves me correctly, Rudy said they were passing around USB devices while the election workers said they were passing around mints..
Hunter Biden’s lawyer, Abbe Lowell ambulance chaser
Giuliani manipulated data found on Hunter’s laptop.
No matter how stupid something sounds the Biden’s will use it.
Huh ? Not just no....Hell No !
dismiss with prejudice and award Giuliani and Robert Costello attorney fees plus.
I would think that Biden’s suit against Rudy would be actual defamation of character. If those Georgia cheaters can get $100,000,000 over USB thumb drives/breath mints, Rudy should able to get five times that.
But only if he filed the suit in a conservative judicial district . . .
I was wondering about this, in light of the recent ratification of the laptop from hell. I thought the case had already been settled for a $2.4 MM payment from Rudy to Hunter.
