So, Garland doesn't agree with the constitutional power of oversight by congress? Garland is being unconstitutional, and so would Biden if he agrees with Garland. But, doing loads of unconstitutional stuff is what the Biden presidency is about, so never mind.

Garland would have ordered lots of copies of the Constitution to have them on hand for all kinds of uses:

Placemats and Bibs for working lunches
Paper airplanes
