But Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon are not immune. Got it. And in both their cases, it could be argued that the committee that issued those contempt charges was illegitimate, much like the appointment of Jack Smith.
Hopefully Anna Paulina-Luna's inherent contempt motion is passed.

Yes, notice that “ executive privilege’ was denied to President Trump and his advisors Bannon and Navarro. So they are ordered to prison for “ contempt” of congress and refusing to testify against Trump.

The important development is that we have precedence now whereby a succeeding administration CAN revoke the declared executive privilege of a previous administration and charge officers criminally. This is why it is critically important for Trump to return and administer an extreme amount of retribution. There is so much that is deserved.
