I am very careful, but I have also now developed asthma so even though it didn’t affect my lungs at first, now it has. Thankfully the asthma is mild, but I still have to be careful and use inhalers or else it comes back. I’ll be on those inhalers for the rest of my life.
I have read several articles that suggest that Ivermectin can help long COVID, have you tried it?
