Suppose the Bill passes and is signed into law by the County Executive, what happens when a group of Transgender athletes files suit and a judge declares the bill unconstitutional?
Whose power takes precedence, the legislature or the judge?
To: SeekAndFind
Not sure but Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman has been great and balls out on this issue

It’ll take Rat Party Headquarters about 20 minutes to find an Osama Obama appointee to overturn any such law.

The question is — can ONE JUDGE overturn an entire legislative body elected by the people?
To: SeekAndFind
The issue of women’s sports is the least important aspect of the trans issue - by a lot.
