I have to agree with you here. Society has looked for ways to criminalize everything so you can’t possess a gun without breaking the law. If someone is so dangerous that they can’t have a firearm, especially a rifle, then they don’t belong out on the street. Think about that, they put people out with available: torches, tools, cars, planes, knives, baseball bats, and all matter of chemicals to make explosives, but they restrict firearms. It doesn’t make sense, unless the government no longer wants an armed public.

Didn't his laptop show he was high as a kite, taking selfies on his phone, driving at about 150mph across Nevada or something? Who needs a speeding bullet, a royally speeding car can kill just dandy.
