Its amazing that these people don't seem to be aware that they have almost no credibility with a large portion of the country.

That's because they're writing for their echo chamber, not the "great unwashed" in flyover country.

If I were the NYT, I would start writing about what a wonderful guy Trump is and how it would be great to have him back as president.

Then we would start worrying if there is something wrong with Trump since the NYT is praising him.
