Heck, corral them into C-5’s and C-17’s like cattle. It’ll be enough.
There are hundreds...even thousands...of recently retired airliners parked all over the country...particularly in the Southwest. Dust them off...gas them up...and pay retired pilots serious $$$ for a year or two of of runs to Mexico...Guatemala,etc.
