I was in a Big Lots on Bethany Home Road in Phoenix, and a young guy went in when I was paying for my items, grabbed some stuff (laundry soap), and walked right out before I even realized what was happening. The cashiers shrugged and just said it happens all the time.
Big Lots is on the verge of going under, and shoplifting is a big part of it.
Screw Big Lots. You are officially off my QVL (Qualified Vendors List) & QPL (Qualified Products List).
