I’m not suggesting that lawfare isn’t being engaged here, but he made a choice to go from a successful capitalist to being an overtly public figure and making statements without basis in fact (that could be proven in a court of law).
We all share the same frustration, but he was reckless: Reckless with the facts, reckless with accusations, reckless with his business.
