In November 2022, the first subpoena was filed against John Negroponte, the former director of national intelligence — despite no prior involvement in the lawsuit on either side. Then, in June 2023, My Pillow, Inc. filed a motion to compel the testimony of Department of Justice attorney, Carlotta Wells. The career government lawyer, again, was not previously involved in the civil dispute between the voting machine companies and the bedding retailer up to that point.
“First, as Lindell does not dispute, Wells and Negroponte do not have any personal or direct knowledge regarding the allegedly defamatory statements at issue,” the opinion goes on. “At most, because Lindell claims that he made his statements about Dominion in part based on what he ‘heard’ from and about Montgomery related to Montgomery’s work with the U.S. Government, the only potential knowledge that Wells and Negroponte possess is information from almost twenty years ago about Montgomery’s work with the U.S. Government in an unrelated matter.”

Several elements here are a lot like E. Jean Carroll’s case in other words.
My prediction is Mike Lindell is going to end up in the same situation as Alex Jones, first he gets hit with a massive judgement in a lawsuit, he will have to file bankruptcy and MyPilliow will probably go under.
One side is fighting a war and playing for keeps. The other side doesn’t even realize what’s going on. Hard to be optimistic when the bad guys are rolling up the opposition unchecked.
IMHO we were baited - i.e., Lindell took it - and he made himself vulnerable by making statements for which he henceforth made them look like the victim and reinforced the narrative that there was ‘no evidence of fraud’.
Bottom line: They had to protect the dominions et al to prevent undermining their goal of making all voting electronic.
I can’t see that happening, but unfortunately Lindell made that more possible than before he opened his ill-advised mouth.
In jone’s case, the court determined that he can not file for bankruptcy if I recall right.

Where have you been, we’ve had multiple threads on FR about Alex Jones and his bankruptcies which has caused him to lose control over Infowars and will be sold off including all the assets, he’s also in personal bankruptcy as well.

And the ferocity with which they fight proves that it is precisely as alleged: that’s how they win. NO WAY are they letting it go.
Electronic vote counting was banned in Shasta County, CA and the California State Legislature went to war spearheaded by Santa Cruz County nutjob Gail Pellerin, a nasty little blonde Rat party apparatchik, making it ILLEGAL to do hand counts!
There isn’t ANY reason why the state should mandate that, there is obviously no proof that electronic counting is “safer” or more reliable. So ye shall know them by their obsessions: if they can’t get into your system and diddle the numbers, they KNOW they’ll get defeated.
