Historians will find it almost impossible to comprehend that Fauci was involved in every single aspect of the Covid disaster from A to Z, and that we let him.
• From the outset, Fauci was the driving force behind gain-of-function research
• In 2011, Fauci told the public that supercharging viruses in labs was “a risk worth taking”
• Over the course of the next decade, Fauci doled out huge amounts of taxpayer money to fund these experiments
• When Obama banned the experiments in 2014, Fauci outsourced them to a hostile country
• When, in 2015, Ralph Baric, a prominent figure in SARS gain-of-function research, collaborated with the Wuhan lab to develop viruses capable of infecting humans, Fauci supported their efforts
• When, in 2016, EcoHealth was caught violating the ban on gain-of-function research, Fauci overruled his staff and ensured that the experiments would proceed regardless
• When, in 2019, the authors of the blueprint for creating Covid in a lab failed to secure Pentagon funding, they all regrouped in Fauci’s office
• And finally, when everything went wrong, Fauci initiated a monstrous cover-up that resulted in the additional loss of countless lives, livelihoods, and dollars
When all is said and done, there is no doubt that the person most responsible for the Covid disaster is Anthony Fauci.
Governor Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI) Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union” accused Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett of lying to Congress after the Dobbs decision.
Whitmer said, “I think we all know the truth here. There’s no question that with the three appointments that Donald Trump put onto our United States Supreme Court, three people who lied to Congress, betrayed their oath of office and put forward the Dobbs decision.”
She added, “We know that there are women in many states who cannot access fundamental health care cannot make their own decisions about whether and when to bear a child. We know that Mifepristone is under attack that IVF surrogacy and now contraception is as well. And when the U.S. Senate and it puts forth policy to ensure that they have an opportunity to enshrine access to contraception and Republicans vote against it and kill that bill, it is very much at risk here in this moment. I think that what we’re seeing out of the Republicans saying that they protect, want to protect this as disingenuous at best and an outright lie at worst.”

They didn't undo abortion--they just kicked it back to the individual states, where almost all health care issues are legislated. Abortion was never a "right" in the US Constitution.

Shannon didn’t allow Richie Torres D-NY get away with any D talking points without counter arguments. I see her playing it straight, as a host should do on this show.
Most of you disagree, but I do not.
Nor do I hear her leaning left on The 5, whenever she guests there, or on radio.
You shouldn’t expect this show to take stances such as FOX prime time, or Maria., imho.

I know it’s not one of the Sunday shows we track, but on MSNBC, this was said:

He knows this is a horrible lie and total BS! If he really cared about women being subject to overly zealous religious men he’d be crusading against Islam, not Donald Trump, for goodness sakes!
