Finding says probable cause was inadvertent right pedal actuation while trying to move fuel tank selector valve.

I knew the fuel selector position was bad, but I didn’t know you had to unbuckle to change tanks. What a stupid design. Look at all the people who can’t even stay in their lane on the road while looking at their phone!
