Did I miss anything, have we still not been able to read Miss Hale’s manifesto (or whatever anyone chooses to term the doc)?

Don't think "manifesto"is even a right descriptor - more like a collection of crazy spread across multiple notebooks and electronic devices. Bits and pieces scattered everywhere that's going to have to be compiled into something readable.
