No one (including the UN) is saying that Hamas didn’t do horrific things on Oct 7th including murdering civilians, but that is NOT the issue in contention. This issue in contention is whether Hamas systematically used sexual violence against Israeli women and children.
It is now well established that the Orthodox Israeli ZAKAs fabricated numerous stories without evidence and in other cases failed to collect/preserve evidence that would help investigators accurately determine what happened.
However the claims made by the Israeli government (of systematic rape) have NOT been corroborated, the Israeli government refuses to cooperate with any international investigation into the matter, and further refuses to investigate the accusations of systematic rape and torture of Palestinian women and children being held by Israel.

Deliberately ignoring what offends you is an affliction. If you had bothered to look at the available information you would have seen the first hand evidence of sexual mutilation, rapes and atrocities agains Israelis by Hamas, documented by forensic scientists and the doctors who treated hostages.
