By 1944, Normandy was a sideshow. Russia had to all intents and purposes already defeated the Germans. Lend-lease was a significant factor, but not decisive.
No surprise that ordinary Russians are distrustful and resentful towards the West to this day.
It’s not as if the British and French didn’t try to get Russia as an ally in 1939, but Russia refused and went with Hitler instead.

This is just a retread of old Soviet propaganda. They spewed this garbage for decades. From time to time we get these kinds of posts. Maybe you should learn the history before you shoot your mouth off. The Soviet Union couldn’t have defeated the Axis on their own, and the Western Allies couldn’t have done it without the Soviet Union. Actually, if not for Lend-Lease, the Red Army would have been barefoot and starving.
