No, President Trump is Not a “Convicted Felon” — Triable Federal Issues Abound in the Sham Bragg Verdict that Demands the Supreme Court Swiftly Intervene and Correct this Grave Injustice

For a variety of reasons, the United States Supreme Court has a constitutional obligation to take up President Trump’s criminal case following his unlawful conviction in New York state court.

First and foremost, federal issues permeate this case. While it was never a case that should have been brought in any court in the first place, this case especially should not have been brought in state court, where jurisdiction patently does not exist.

The driving legal issue was purportedly a campaign finance law violation which fell within the gamut of the Federal Election Commission. Bragg flimsily paired that charge with an alleged bookkeeping error to contrive his makeshift theory of criminal liability.

This was a theory of liability that was wholly bespoke and lacking any legal precedent whatsoever. In short, it was a theory befitted to one man and one man only: Donald John Trump.

Many experienced legal scholars, including those on the Left, have pointed to this remarkable fact. Indeed, even the most liberal court observers, largely sympathetic to Bragg and Merchan’s political crusade, were left asking how precisely this legal theory could possibly be replicated for any other defendant. Many rightly pointed out that this was the classic case of “show me the person, I’ll show you the crime.”

Incredulously, the judge in this case, Juan Manuel Merchan, allowed the Prosecution to categorically ignore the rules of evidence and professional ethics. Also disregarded were fundamental, time-tested principles of Anglo-American jurisprudence: including due process, the presumption of innocence, and perhaps most flagrantly – and jarringly — the necessity for unanimity in guilty verdicts.

Starting with the gag order, which by its design was a flagrant breach of President Trump’s constitutional rights to speak and criticize the court proceedings as he saw fit. Under federal law, gag courts conventionally

Wrong. Merchan is a scum sucking, TDS-infected Leftist who may or may not even be an American citizen. His crap isn't a surprise. What IS "incredulous" is that this fake case got all the way to its fake conclusion, without any other court, authority, officials, etc stepping in to say "hey, wait, there are rules and ethics that need to be followed." No. Instead it was CRICKETS from all sides.

No, President Trump is Not a “Convicted Felon”

Until his conviction is reversed, he is. That was one of the primary goals of the sham trial, to be able to refer to him as a convicted felon. It was also to dirty him up with salacious testimony from a stripper/whore and dirty business dealings from a convicted liar, as well as interfere with his ability to campaign.

Sounds reasonable... But they won’t, so until they do overrule this injustice, which will take months and maybe even years to rectify. Biden, the Dumocrats and the leftist media will all refer to him as a ‘convicted felon’.

Wrong. Merchan is a scum sucking, TDS-infected Leftist who may or may not even be an American citizen.

Without collusion between Merchan and Bragg, this prosecution could not have happened. He was as much a prosecutor as anyone on Bragg's team, and quite possibly the mastermind.

If we had a REAL Congress, they would SUBPOENA every New York court official who oversees "RANDOM" or "LOTTERY" selection of judges and GRILL THEM UNDER OATH and force them to ADMIT these RAT judges are NOT selected RANDOMLY.

Expert witnesses on STATISTICAL PROBABILITY could clearly prove that these RAT judges selected for nearly all of these Trump or Trump-affiliated cases are SPECIFICALLY chosen by these officials (probably at the DIRECTION OF THE WHITE HOUSE) and NOT randomly chosen.

GET TO WORK, CONGRESS.

Truth is.. If they can keep Trump from winning the next election in Nov, they will have sewed up their power.
The republicans in congress.. You know, “the ones serving the people” ?! They had better get off this ‘get along’ thing and stop them.
Once law and order is completely gone, your so called freedom will become your nightmare. They don’t plan on you having freedom.. They want you to bow to authority..

Here’s the prosecution’s case against Trump:

A couple of weeks before the election, Trump instructed his lawyer to give Stormy a bunch of money to keep her mouth shut. The lawyer paid the money, not Trump.

After the election, Trump paid the lawyer that bunch of money.

The prosecution says that Trump, two weeks before the election, effectively paid Stormy to keep her mouth shut, and that that’s election interference, a felony.

“Until his conviction is reversed, he is.”

Wrong.

Trump is no more a convicted felon than Biden is an elected President.

I will NOT respect fake titles bestowed by liars and cheats - will you?
