No. Not jail.
They were salaried government employees, who knew the law and broke it for political reasons on taxpayer money. Sedition against the Republic in the highest form.
They need to hang, by the neck, in front of crowds on TV. Just like the Lincoln conspirators. I will give them one chance at prison, if they up the person who ordered and organized them, with proof. Then, if they are willing to denounce all possessions/pensions and US citizenship forever, and fight on the front lines of Ukraine (the war they started) they can be free.
This is the appropriate sentence for these DeepStaters after they are tried and convicted of giving aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States.
And leave their carcasses to rot off the noose. This will give time for the long lines of people to come by and spit (or whatever) on these traitors.
I would like to see the convicted men be given a choice:
a) select death by hanging and your family will retain your assets, pension, etc.
b) select life in prison with no possibility of parole and your family will be stripped of all assets, basically thrown out into the street.
Prove what kind of a man you are ...
The convicted women (Rice, Val-Jar, etc) go straight to the gallows.
