I'm taking this with a grain of salt, possible misdirection. The only one I see as credible is Governor Burgum but he really doesn't help Trump except as boring backup, somewhat like Pence in 2016.

Doug Burgum brings his massive billionaire warchest to the ticket.

Even after Trump's sizeable post-conviction money haul, Biden is still out raising him about 3-1, mostly from corporate donors.

He’s a strong possibility in my eyes.

I have heard that Burgum has pledged $100M of his money if he is the pick. That is Trump’s love language.

Rubio=No
Vance=maybe
Scott=hell no, he's a phony who just says what he thinks people want to hear
Donalds=OK
Stephanik=She's a fighter, so yeah maybe
Burgum=?? I don't really know enough about him to have much of an opinion
Carson=Way too milquetoast for my taste

That's my take for now anyway.

Some of those names will stab him in the back. I hope he realizes that.

Simply pick a bland but well-spoken and loyal “fan” who will bring in a needed demographic.

I hope Trump understands that he only gets one term and that whomever is his VP will be “heir” to MAGA.

Republican North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum

Although I did not believe he should be in the Primary, I have come to like this guy a lot. He lacks the charisma to be elected President but as VP he is a solid Gubernatorial executive to step in if Trump dies. He is conservative

As President Trump mentioned normally a VP pick does not help much in winning elections. But this year is a bit different since being much of the electorate wants to see a new face other than what we have had to choose from in the past.

Then the question would be who could help the most.

The women vote is going to be firmly issue based, safety, choice etc. Hard to see the VP choice making a difference here.

The black vote is stubbornly loyal to the Dems and always seem to be Lucy holding the ball for Republicans.

The Hispanic votes will swing but much like the women vote they are issue orientated.

If the Black vote is ready for a change due to dislike of Biden then Tim Scott or Ben Carson would fit the bill.

The Hispanic vote would be more trusting of the ticket with a Hispanic VP and it could move that population to vote for President Trump.

Rubio is a bit of an establishment candidate but then again you can’t be choosy with your allies at times when your back is up against the wall. It may help consolidate the Republican party as well.

The white male vote is already won the choice will only solidify Presidents Trump current position.

The youth vote would most likely prefer Vivek, but he is not mentioned and I am not sure if he meets President Trumps second condition as being ready to be President.

NOT Rubio! Vance or Carson would be fantastic.

Put me on the record for Stefanik.

She’s a fighter.

Trump can take back the White House, but it doesn’t mean that he and his administration will not be in a knock down drag out fight every day he is in office.

She’s thrown some elbows when and where elbows need to be thrown.

Normally I might hold it against her that she’s from New York.

Upstate New York is a different country compared to NYC.

What I learned in 2016.

NEVER check boxes on appointments and nominees.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER trust a senator as EVERY single senator from either so-called opposition party is SNAKE and a TRAITOR.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

Little Beauregard Sessions checked EVERY conservative box.

Yet once inside the Trump’s tent, he was the FIRST to stab Trump in the back.

I sometimes think that may be Krispy Kreme Kristy would have been a better attorney general.

The fat boy checked few if any conservative boxes.

He was full of himself among other things that he was full of.

But the fat boy had an attitude and I don’t think he would have been pushed around without putting up a fight like Little Beauregard did.

Point is, Krispy Kreme could not have been a worse AG than Little Beauregard who threw Trump to the Deep State wolves from the git-go.

What went wrong with Little Beauregard?

NO distinction can be made between the Senate and the swamp.

The Senate is 100% swamp.

Obviously Little Beauregard’s allegiance to the swamp was not apparent as he talked the talk of a “rock-ribbed” conservative as the clowns on Faux News would so often describe the crossdressing RINOs.

I can look at Stefanik’s record and nit pick.

But I don’t think she can be pushed around as easily as the others mentioned.

Given a choice, I’d rather have a house member than a senator although Trump was surely let down by Meadows and Mulvaney when he put them into his administration.

Vance terrifies me.

He not only is a senator but has been DEEP STATE indoctrinated at Yale.

Every time I look up a Deep Stater, it seems Yale is a common denominator.

Not only that Vance converted to Catholicism. Not that being a Catholic is a deal killer, but I keep thinking about adults who have converted to Catholicism and I keep thinking about Jeb Bush who was a sellout in every thing he ever did.

There is NO litmus test for being an America First Trumpster.

And if there were, nobody now holding office in either wing of the Uniparty would pass it.

I’ll go with Stefanik, not because of the boxes that she checks as much as the boxes that she doesn’t check.

If she were a dog, I’d say she got more fight in her than poodles like Little Marco or Tiny Tim Scott who have “learned” the decorum of the senate.

I am starting to gain respect for the wacko Fetterman who is starting to go against his party establishment.

NO CHANCE in hell, Little Marco or Tiny Tim or Vance would EVER go against the party establishment.
