Kalifornia health care for illegal trespassers was accomplished using mission creep methods. At first, it was anyone under 18 years of age. The 18 years of age was expanded to 21. Later on, the elderly illegal trespassers were covered. Now, you step across the United States border and enter the People’s Republic of Kalifornia, you are covered. They brag about it, along with sanctuary for everyone from human traffickers to pedophiles. All are welcome in the democRAT big tent of debauchery.

Democrats want to keep their army in good health to maintain the battle for socialism.
However, states are allowed to expand their Medicaid programs to provide additional coverage to other noncitizens, as long as it is fully funded by the state government, according to the Department of Health and Human Services. California has largely done so with their own state program, known as Medi-Cal, which gives coverage to illegal immigrants.
How do they do that when they won't ask or acknowledge illegals? I know schools nurses do Medicaid billing for some services provided for students, and there is no distinction in citizenship status.
