Can the state party refuse to put the name of the national nominee on the ballot? They could of course name electors pledged to another candidate.

Can the state party refuse to put the name of the national nominee on the ballot?

I believe all state parties have that right. The Arizona LP put L. Neil Smith on the ballot for president in 2000, instead of the national LP nominee, Harry Browne.
