Why is he worried? I think it’s just propaganda designed to evoke sympathy for him. Just like there was no way DJT was ever going to get a fair trial in NYC there is no way a Delaware jury is going find Humper guilty. Think back to the OJ murder case. A not guilty verdict is a forgone conclusion with our corrupt judicial system.
Why worry? He’s just going to pardon him. Two scenarios -— he’ll be found guilty, so dems can say, “See, no one’s above the law. We didn’t have anything to do with President Trump’s persecu...er...trial and conviction”, OR, Not guilty!, from that jury filled with sympathetic and/or terrified jurors.

B/c Biden is himself an “unconvicted felon.”
Not that I think it will happen but Trump should hammer Biden and his failures as a father and bring up showering with Ashley. He will lose it.
