Without Caitlin the WBNA would be back to irrerelevantcy in three months or less. Think of what they would lose if she walked away or had a season or career ending injury. They’ve made reservations for private planes, large arenas, merchandise orders, expanded concession inventory, more employees. And with the loss of one player they wouldn’t be able to pay for any of it.
