'2000 Mules' was a fraud that has been thoroughly debunked. Greg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht of 'True the Vote' are self-dealing grifters. They spend donations on contracts to shell companies that they own.

I don't believe Dinesh D’Souza is involved in the grift, just too blind or dumb to have asked the right questions and for the evidence.
