Kemp et al have plenty of experience benefitting from exactly the kind of vote fraud shenanigans that Catherine Englebrecht and Dinesh D’Souza are working hard to bring to light.
My best guess is that Kemp was able to peel off the Libertarian votes somehow for his own benefit in 2018 - but he ended up owing “somebodies” two US Senate seats and Georgia’s 2020 electoral votes.
