I eagerly await and expect “Damage to protestors reported in subsequent reports.
No wait, make that “Protestors are not expected to survive.”

If I were in NYC, I would have been tempted to bring a keffiyeh(?) and a Palestinian flag to the museum and set both alight.
That would really drive the Nazis over the edge.

"...there was damage to existing...installed artwork" Is this not the Brooklyn museum which has amassed such a large collection of James Tissot's paintings?

Ars longa, vita brevis,
The Latin translation of a Greek aphorism. “Art is long, life is short.”
Or the phrase can be interpreted more simply as “art or artistry can be more long lasting than the lifetime of the artist.”
So the vandals and trashers who come and go shouldn’t be allowed to permanently destroy art and cultural artifacts.
The Little Red Book college chanters of the 60s are gone and so are the champions of past causes.
The art should survive them.
We have to confront and stop today’s Leftists.
