I don’t know if the evil cur will jail President Trump, or not.
But if he does send the opposite party’s nominee to jail, I would expect his attorneys to file an emergency certiorari writ with the Supremes. And I’ll bet they’ll take it up AND stay the jail time. This is constitutional crisis territory.
I am sure the dirty foreign dog Merchan knows this too. Will it cause him to stay his own jail sentence, or forego it completely? Who knows.
