Yes I remember going to a couple of Kathryn Kuhlmans service with my parents in Cleveland - believe it was a large public auditorium in the heart of the city
I wanted the presence of the Lord in my life like Kathryn Kuhlman had.
That day at the Shrine Auditorium in 1968, she suddenly stopped (I was way far away in the balcony). She said, “Do you want want I have?”
She couldn’t see me, at least in the natural - I was too far away - but I answered (to God) “Yes”.
Then she said, “Are you willing to pay the price for what I have?”
Again though my tears I yes, “Yes, whatever it takes.”
I felt like God was calling me.
It’s been a long and difficult journey but the rewards of knowing Him and resting in His presence are more than worth it.
Kathryn Kuhlman! Now there’s a blast from the past. As a kid, I used to get up early on the weekend to watch her show; it was mesmerizing. I think it must have been in color, because I seem to remember her elaborate gowns being in pastel colors. “And now, here’s Dino on the piano.”
