We already have one useless branch of government - just look at the nothingness being performed by the Congress. Do they really pass laws anymore? Do they really control spending and budgets? No! We pay them to sit around and not do their Constitutional jobs.
The OBiden bunch do whatever they please, bypassing Congress everyday, spending money any way they choose, even when it’s against our laws. They have departments make illegal laws for us to follow, again bypassing Congress and the Constitution.
Now we are watching the elimination of the Judicial Branch of the government. Unless this Supreme Court gets themselves together and intercedes in this travesty against the people of this country immediately or sooner, then we no longer need to pay them to just sit around and not do their jobs either IMO. Anyone who has ever been a juror in America is outraged at this judicial sickness. Enough is enough.
We have to hope that Trump wins that immunity question before the Supremes.Someone said today that if he loses ,Jack Smith will fast track that trial in D.C. We all know how that rial will turn out.
The Democrat/Communist Party leaders, led by the infamous mulatto-marxist-muslim, know that if they fail to imprison Trump their entire persecution of the man is for naught as it has only made Trump stronger and his re-election more certain … and this is an outcome the Democrat/Communist Party absolutely cannot “allow” American citizens to effect.
Be Advised. Unless this political abomination is stopped dead in its tracks by July 10, this is what will happen. And if this isn’t stopped dead in its tracks very, very soon — all is lost.
I agree with him that the NYC 1st judicial division appellate court will not overturn it. There are all Dem judges sitting on the court. He has a little better chance with Court of Appeals in Albany. His best chance is if he can get the US Supreme Court to accept review after he exhausts his NY appeals, he will get it reversed because it is a much more friendly forum and he has the law on his side.

It occurred to me today that if I were a crime boss I’d worry about this open and fully public lawlessness on the part of authority. If the people who are trying to lock up crooks are THEMSELVES lawless “law enforcement” ITSELF then becomes a scam and will inevitably move on the crooks territory. The only thing often keeping many goombahs out of slam is the law and authorities necessary respect for it in many ways. If I were Vinny Goombatz I’d be thinking that certain judges and DAs need a lesson on the downside of trying to expand their territory and invading my crookdom.
One of the reasons for ‘law’ is to stop private citizens from forming gangs or groups to defend themselves. If citizens feel ‘the law’ protects them - they won’t feel the need to form groups for self protection.
So when ‘the law’ becomes corrupt and criminal it opens up MORE power for gangs. Private citizens who aren’t members of the thug party don’t have protection from the law anymore. In fact they’ll learn to fear ‘the law’. None of us are safe anymore - not not Trump, not us, not anyone who stands up to democrat. I’m not saying Biden is recruiting for the cartels and organized crime, but his actions will push people in those directions.
Bet on Corruption and coordination between dirty groups, and you’ll have a winning percentage of about 980%

New York’s highest court is the Court of Appeals. It has seven judges. Only one is a black woman.

That is already happening somewhat. If Biden wins again, it'll be a good business opportunity for the cartels. If you live in the inner city, you'll pay "protection", they'll make sure your business is safe to operate. After all, you can't call 911 anymore.

What does that imply?
The Democrats are giddy, like teenagers that broke into a great house and are ransacking it. They cannot believe they are looting a magnificent mansion, one that was built centuries before, of stone, marble, glass and wood, with beautiful craftsmanship and expert design. They are vandals and thieves, smashing what they cannot carry, and starting a fire to watch it burn. No one was there to defend it, so they gave themselves the right to tear it apart.
Can it be saved? Who will come? Only more of their fellow travelers who will assuredly dance around the burning house and raise their arms in ecstasy. Burn it down, burn it all down. Rationalizing their destruction by saying they were cleansing the past only because it was necessary. Death to the past.
They will live in the ashes and never achieve the grandeur that they destroyed.
