Jurors are routinely "doxxed" ... I was, after serving on a jury. I got a call from an alleged "reporter" who knew "all about" the case ... I told it "no comment" and hung up.
I've read comments here where people are afraid/concerned to donate to Trumps campaign because their donation will be on their bank/credit card records and that will lead the feds/fbi to come knocking on their door.
The communist progressives are moving closer to successfully controlling their political rivals.
I don’t think it will matter. They won’t resolve this before the election. So it is in the court of public opinion and whatever they eventually do will be a day late, not meaningful.
I’m amazed at how many people don’t realize if they can do this to Trump because they don’t like him, they can do it to you because they don’t like you, taking away your freedom, your money, your home, your business on a whim.
(remember to spit in their food before you serve them.)

This is just pure punditry... your prediction is as good as his, because no one knows what the hell is going to happen here. If there were any defendant other than Trump - yes, the conviction would be overturned in a heartbeat. It would be one of those cases so egregious that the appellate justices ruled from the bench rather than wait for a written opinion.
I already knew we lived in a fascist country - I just wish it was one where the trains ran on time.
It needs to go directly to the supreme court and not wait for a New York appeals process. The urgency, and the national significance, and the gross violations of trumps civil rights demand it.
They could stand in front of Amy and Brett's house and fly the Alito flag. Who is going to bring this pressure. Schumer could scream Kavanaugh to have sown the wind speech, again, again.
There will also be great pressue on the SC to take up the case, and that might be the quick and easy way out of it. Dispose of this quickly and justly, slap some judges around, hard, and let Trump take up the cudgel for restoring the rule of law that is so missing. If there is no rule of law the SC is meaningless anyway except as a leftist figleaf that all the tyrants of the world will see through immediately. Putin is already laughing at us. Netanyahu just shouldered Blinken into the ditch on his way to destroy Hamas. Biden soulds like King Lear in his declining years, except that Lear saw the light in the end.
Appellate judges will be reluctant to overturn the jury’s decision because they might be biased against the former president.
So they have surrendered to the communist party and made themselves pawns?.

Do you know he wasn't called? They don't have to let him out to testify, and it's possible the Judge disallowed it, claiming his testimony wouldn't have added anything to the case.
I personally think if that happens and the appeals court fears true justice then the rest of the country will need to vote them out of the union.
The appellate judges are terrified because they have already been threatened with bodily injury to them and their families just like the jurors in the case.
And there never has been a right that the identity of the jurors must be a secret. At this point they are every bit as culpable as this criminal prosecutor and judge. I hope they feel some serious heat.
No reversal until the appeal is made outside of NY State.
