Members of the establishment media appeared enthusiastically overjoyed after a jury convicted former President Donald Trump on Thursday.
The media’s excitement about the conviction appears to unmask its bias towards President Joe Biden and his campaign for reelection against Trump, who leads in the polls.
“When there is a verdict, there is a DC bar special for that,” Washingtonian magazine posted on Instagram. “Trump guilty bar deals have begun,” the publican said, touting the bars celebrating the conviction.
Washington Post’s columnist Ruth Marcus “resoundingly” approved of the conviction based on “serious consideration of the evidence.

Convicted of crimes so dastardly they cannot even be enumerated.
Politicians used to buy votes by giving away whiskey drinks at local bars.
Now the lawyers celebrate the demise of our judicial system and Republic by drinking whiskey at special prices at local bars.
The former was bad, but the latter is a million times worse.

Much as that would appeal to my sense of justice, that's a bad idea. Burning a building does no good if you don't clean out the rats infesting it first. They'll just move into the building next door, more powerful and evil than before.

The ‘bar’ is set pretty damn low with all the scum lawyers and corrupted judges in today’s judicial system.

What’s interesting is that Democrats know this trial was a sham. They know the so-called judge was a liberal hack. And, they know it will be overturned on appeal. But, they get their few minutes of glee and they get to use the word felon. Big whoop!

If a bar in my area does this it won’t be in business much longer. I hope these traitors identify themselves. That would be like giving out Xmas gifts.
