Does anyone know what the summer weather is like in St. Petersburg?
I’m thinking of building a summer home there once NATO ultimately takes over. Something near the Nevsky city forest, 2.5 - 5 acres so I can have a nice outdoor range.
The nice thing about St. Petersburg is after Russia’s collapse/defeat it will be restored to Finland. They’ll clean it up and rip down all those ugly-butt Soviet monuments which will free up lots of space for nice homes close to the downtown.
Here’s a joke you might enjoy:
Putin dies and goes to hell, but after a while, he is given a day off for good behavior.
So he goes to Moscow, enters a bar, orders a drink, and asks the bartender:
-Is Crimea ours?
-Yes, it is.
-And the Donbas?
-Also ours.
-And Kyiv?
-We got that too.
Satisfied, Putin drinks, and asks:
-Thanks, how much do I owe you?
-5 euros.
Summers are usually mild but humid in St. Petersburg. Average day time temps are in the mid 70s but summer is short. Winter in Peters City is brutal.
It may hit the temperature of the sun but only for a few seconds
I’d be more concerned about the radioactivity for a few hundred years.
