This case was judge shopped to give the case to Merchan because he could be counted on to run a rigged trial.
Why would the Democrats go to such lengths to rig a trial without tampering with the jury as well.
But, on the other hand , if the jury members were in the tank to convict Trump, why would Merchan need to issue such blatantly illegal jury instructions to get a conviction.
No way this thing stands on appeal.
The jury selection process was changed at this courthouse on the morning that the Trump jury selection began. It is reported that lawyers on all of the cases at the courthouse that started that day were very confused. Kind of an odd thing that is likely not just a coincidence.
