The point of any of these Kafka-on-meth trials is not to get a conviction that will survive appeal, it’s simply to get the conviction. This is merely point #195 in this trial that makes it an instant dismissal on the inevitable appeal, but that doesn’t matter.

None of this is being done in a Dem attempt to take out Trump. It’s being done as a setup to attack EVERY establishment Repubican in a strategery to have THEM take out Trump. They have the media attack machine poised; the biggest crook/creep in the nation will give a presidenty-non-partisan national address about how the other party will SIDS democracy in the crib by running a >gasp< CONVICTED FELON, and anyone who has an (R) after their name is just as guilty.

Don’t be surprised at a 3 or 4-way election after the Repubicans self-immolate. And lots of monkey business at the election if it gets that far (which is why Biden is trying to ban live betting on the 2024 Election - the single biggest tell in 2020 that it was not on the up-and-up).
