His daughter has raised over $100 Million weeks ago, off her daddy’s case.
It’s probably $120 Million by now.
The appeal doesn’t affect that. And the NY appeals has ruled against Trump about 30 times.

Yes he has his degree from a prestigious Colombian law school, founded & endowed by Pablo Escobar.

That standard may not apply in the Trump New York state trial.
(1) - the judicial opinion applies to Federal Law.
(2) - the violations must be undertaken together with five or more other individuals.
(3) - the defendant must have committed multiple criminal acts over an extended period, all connected to the same criminal enterprise.
(4) - the defendant must obtain substantial income or resources from the enterprise.
So why didn’t his lawyers cite the law and object when merchan gave the instructions.
