If some jurors believe that Trump falsified business documents solely to cover up a tax crime, while others believe that he falsified business documents solely to cover up an election crime, the jury can still convict Trump on the felony-level falsifying-documents charges, despite disagreeing on the predicate crimes

But without the “other crime” the case would only be as misdemeanor with statue of limitations running out in 2019 and we wouldn’t even be here

So how can he be found guilty of a falsifying records if any of the other crimes are not each unanimous?

Don’t you have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that a particular felony crime occurred?

Merchan doesn’t care. His objective is to help Biden get elected at any cost.

In other words, Merchan, Bragg and Biden are conspiring to commit a federal election crime.
