I’ve tried many jury trials in my day. You give jurors paper instructions every time.

How are 12 jurors supposed to remember the elements necessary for each of the 34 felony counts?

I would say it's beyond dispute that the wetback cur Merchan "loves and practices falsehood".

Came across another commentary on verse 15 that says that the "dog" is vernacular for male prostitute (again a good fit for the wetback cur).
