I've actually been in New York City quite a bit. And even in Manhattan the majority of people don't even pay attention to politics. And there are a lot of people who aren't diehard Democrats. And that goes more for Brooklyn and Queens. Not to mention Staten Island. And how did they sell so many copies of the New York Post? Yet somehow they found a jury that was all people who think the same way? If anything, I think the upper class people who are more likely to be die hard Democrats are not likely to serve on juries. Do you have a demographic makeup of the jury?

There are quite a few conceited blowhards here posting that they know what the jury is going to do. Maybe they hope they will guess right and will enjoy gloating. It’s possible they will convict, but I am skeptical.
