Yeah, that may not be the case as a judge makes that determine if they remain free or they are sent to jail until the appeal
I have a feeling this judge is going to be smacked down, by another judge or court, even if they are Democrat.
Well, I sure hope that is the case, and like Levin said it should immediately go to the Supreme Court.
