Finally! ..a rational and fair judge!
Everyone, even Leftists, sense that our judicial system has become a corrupt political tool. Of course, their goal is to limit the power of the Supreme Court, which at this point anyway, they do not control.
As a counter to that, the power of Federal Courts, in particular, DC District Federal Courts, combined with the STASI-like powers of the DOJ/FBI - are the source of our legal corruption.
One remedy would be for Congress, which created the DC District Federal Court in 1863, to eliminate same immediately. Its in the Constitution
Article III, Section 1
The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.
A judge who’s coming down with both feet on the Rambo litigation style. I love it. This type of gamesmanship is how he got to where he is and it’s nice to see a judge stiff-arming it.
