“Don’t get hung up on whether or not he’s ‘guilty’ of anything,” Judge Merchan instructed jurors. “Words like ‘guilty’ or ‘innocent’ or ‘evidence’ are really just for show, anyway. The important thing is that you listen to the closing arguments with an open mind and an unwavering commitment to handing down a guilty verdict. Remember, believing Trump is guilty is not important. Declaring him guilty — that’s what you’re all here for.”

Judge is torqued and castigating Blanche big time ... for mentioning that President Trump could face prison time.

I thought the election of a president is a federal election, not a state election. Federal elections should abide by federal laws, not state laws.

My thoughts are that I love you.

So I haven’t really followed the trial. Was there any attempt to move it to a fairer jurisdiction by the defense?

The Judge Merchan court case vs. Donald Trump, is a political campaign ad, the funds for which, are not required to be reported in campaign finance laws.

The pre-planned outcome of the case, has objectives:

- an appeal by the State of New York, to the New York State Court of Appeals, requesting clarification of the way by which, a misdemeanor shall be elevated to a felony; and

- the jury finding: Donald Trump is guilty of criminal intent, in keeping with leftist dogma, that the left has authority to:

a) hand out Get Out of Jail Cards to leftists (defined to be void of criminal intent), but

b) assert that criminal intent (and “racism!”) are systemic among conservatives and Republicans.

Basic intent of the Merchan court: "Trump is a criminal, 'because: criminal intent'." (no criminal charge required).

Judge Pirro is on Fox, just starting, and should be a great discussion as she is hot on this. Court still in session.

There is no real crime here: no one has been killed, assaulted, robbed, or stolen from.

So Trump’s crime, whatever it is, is in the area of perception. It isn’t anything physical or countable; it’s in the minds of the emotionally upset. Trump did something that upsets people.

He upset them so badly they want him in jail for 150 years over it. But no one lost money or had a single scratch or scar.

Even we are looking for one of those emotional upset laws, but the bottom line in that no one is injured in a real way. No one anyplace.

The White House is running this circus, but they depend on “plausible deniability” to keep undercover.
