DeWhino calling back the legislature and them failing to get enough votes for Brandon to be put on the ballot would be sweet on so many levels.
The Ohio legislature’s only obligation is to meet at the Governor’s call. They hadve no duty whatsoever to take up his initiative.
The law is the law, and it’s up to the candidates to comply. It’s just that Biden never does.
