So there you go. Leave it to the states. Even if that means that they'll legalize abortion.

Sorry, Donald, but even though I’m probably the biggest Tenth Amendment guy this side of Tom Massie or Mark Levin, both the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments ban the taking of “life, liberty, or property without due process of law,” and the Fourteenth extends that prohibition to the states.
