Looks like it depends on the definition of harm. The mutilating surgeries for people who want to be the opposite sex come to mind but also the other ridiculous body modifications that are so insanely popular now. The massive booty thing, massive breasts, razor thin noses, puffy lips, and so on. That doesn’t even include the tongue splitting, ear gauging, subdermal implants (horns), and more.
