That kind of overreaction pretty much proves Noem was right about the tribes working the cartels. Not really surprising.
She did tank her political career with the dog story in her book though. That was poor judgement by putting that in it.
I do know ranch life is very different than city or even rural life. Feral dogs get shot because they will go after the cattle in terrible ways like chewing their ears and nose off because they are not wild animals. They don’t know what to do instinctively to survive in the wild so they do what they can. No winners in this kind of thing. I blame the idiot humans who dump their dogs and drive off expecting the dog to figure it out. Those people are the true evil scumbags.
Then don't use weasel words, like "I Believe", either you know it's true or not.
